As a member of the ACGE Group Company, your primary responsibilities will include providing support for lab activities such as customer trials, internal and external customer training, new product validation, IFAT CFAT, and validation of equipment and attachments. You will be responsible for executing customer trials and providing onsite process support for process qualification. Your key result areas will focus on customer trials, new product process validation, onsite support for process qualification, customer training, and IFAT CFAT. You will interact with various key interfaces including sales, application engineering, automation & controls, new product development, and after-market departments. You will be responsible for a Techno-commercial role involving Research & Development and Sales Support in the field of Bioremediation. Your main duties will include conducting on-site pilot and plant trials for biological wastewater treatment, assisting with lab and plant trials involving ETP chemicals, preparing and sharing various reports and proposals with clients, and maintaining detailed records of technical data and client trials.
