To be successful in this role, you should have an M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Control Centre SCADA configuration, tuning & testing, EMS application tuning & testing, and software coding with C-family programming languages, FORTRAN will be an advantage. People skills are crucial, especially the ability to work with international customers and suppliers. Adaptability to evolving technology, willingness to learn, proficiency in spoken and written English, and a willingness to travel are also essential.
