As an Electrical Testing Engineer (sales & support) at our close-knit team of electrical engineers, you will play a crucial role in supplying and supporting high-tech solutions in the field of electrical testing and measuring equipment. Your responsibilities will include engaging in technical discussions with customers, supporting the sales team, conducting competition studies, and providing customer tracing. In addition, you will need to be computer savvy, capable of coordinating webinars, preparing reports using Ms Office, and editing technical manuals & datasheets. To excel in this role, you should possess a good understanding of various electrical equipment such as transformers, HV/MV and LV switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing systems, lightning arresters, and relays. Knowledge and skills in Electrical Vehicle Testing will be considered a plus. Additionally, familiarity with CT/PT testing, relay testing, transformer testing, circuit breaker testing, earth testing, partial discharge testing, and electrical vehicle testing will be advantageous. You will have the opportunity to work in both office and remote environments, with frequent travel required for face-to-face meetings with customers and business partners. Your role will involve participating in technical discussions, conducting product trainings, and providing application support.
