Customer Tech-Adobe-Analytics Senior DEV

As a Web Analyst at EY, you will be responsible for providing web analytics support to a large technology client. Your main responsibilities will include: - Using Adobe Analytics to analyze and report on users" digital customer journey through client's site properties, focusing on metrics such as clicks, page views, time on site, bounce rates, attribution, and campaign tracking. - Delving deep into web analytics to derive insights and recommendations that drive improvements in website conversion rates, page speed, time on site, bounce rate, retention, campaign performance, and overall business performance. - Collaborating with internal team members and external stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and desired deliverables for all analytics requests. - Managing multiple data sources simultaneously and synthesizing cohesive stories with insights. - Leveraging available data sources to answer business questions and support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions. - Proactively updating relevant parties on the status of analytics requests and deliverables. - Tracking all work items via a ticketing system to accurately capture the time and effort involved in different types of analytics deliverables. Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience working with digital/web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. - Familiarity with clickstream and/or digital telemetry datasets. - Proficiency in ad-hoc analysis and development of clear recommendations. - Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong understanding of website tagging methodology. - Excellent communication skills to interact with various roles and convey clear insights. - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business, or related disciplines. - Ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks while also being a team player. - Quick adaptability to multiple analytics platforms and ability to navigate ambiguity. - Willingness to take direction from multiple sources and accept feedback constructively. Preferred Qualifications: - Intermediate/advanced experience with Adobe Analytics. - Advanced Excel skills. - Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL. - Prior experience with data collection tools such as JSLL.
