About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Executives for our UK Home Improvement campaign.
You will play a key role in identifying homeowners eligible for home improvement services based on specific qualifying criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential homeowners in England.
● Engage with homeowners and qualify them based on strict filters.
● Identify and transfer eligible / qualified homeowners via live call transfer.
● Accurately capture data.
Candidate Requirements:
● Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
● Experience in UK outbound process
● Ability to follow and enforce strict qualification filters
● Knowledge of UK geography & customer expectations is a plus
● Minimum 1-year experience in international voice process
