Hiring for HSBC – Customer Service Executive (Credit Cards Process)

Location: Thane
Shift: Day Shift (Rotational)
Process: Inbound Customer Service + Partial Cross-Selling

Role Overview

We are hiring for an Inbound Customer Service role with HSBC, focused on handling credit card–related queries and cross-selling select card schemes & product offerings.

Requirements

  • C3 Communication Required (Excellent verbal English)
  • Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Experience: minimum 6 month banking experience
  • Financial Background Check:
  • Candidate must have a good CIBIL score
  • Ensure no past loan defaults

Shift & Work Schedule

  • Day Shift – Rotational
  • Any 9-hour shift (1-hour break included)
  • Shift Window: 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM
  • Weekoffs: 2 rotational week-offs

Salary Details

  • ₹27,000 In-hand
  • ₹32,000 CTC

Transport

  • Centralised pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
