To be successful in this position, you should possess a relevant educational background such as BE, BTech, MCA, BCA, BSc Computers, MSc Computers, or BCOM with computers. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, an inquisitive mindset, a passion for technology, and the ability to adhere to a structured work schedule are essential. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, pitching appropriate solutions, and closing deals. Building and managing sales pipelines, meeting revenue targets, analyzing competition, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns are also crucial aspects of your role. This position offers a clear career progression path starting from Sales Analyst to Senior Analyst, and further advancing to roles like Coach/SME/Specialist Team Lead or Team Manager. Additionally, alternative paths such as Trainer, WFM Analyst, and other specialized roles are available. You will have the opportunity to blend technical knowledge with sales and customer service, preparing you for a successful career in technical sales and beyond. In terms of the work environment, you will be part of a dynamic team operating in 9-hour shifts. The role focuses on inside sales exclusively, with no cold calling or fieldwork involved. You will join a supportive and growth-oriented culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
