Customer Support, Telecaller Fresher

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients over phone calls to address their queries and provide necessary assistance. Your duties will also include collaborating with our business team to effectively communicate information about our software products. It is essential that you possess strong communication skills and have the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Fluency in both Hindi and English languages is preferred for effective communication with clients. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and additional benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement.
