Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Day Shift

Location: Bangalore (Only candidates currently staying in Bangalore)

Experience:
Fresher (0–1 year candidates can apply)

Shift:
Day Shift only

Language Requirement (Must):

• English (Fluent)
• Hindi or Tamil or Malayalam (Fluent)

Mandatory Requirement:

• AMCAT score: 70% and above (Compulsory)

Job Description:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain clear and polite communication with customers
• Update customer details in the system
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduation (or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in a voice process
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidate should be currently residing in Bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
