As a Customer Support Associate for Domestic Inbound Voice in the Banking Process, your role will involve handling inbound calls related to banking queries and providing customer support. Your responsibilities will include engaging in active listening, clarifying details, and offering accurate resolutions to customers. You will be expected to handle customer escalations politely and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding banking product details and providing relevant information to callers.
