Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Location: BTM 1t Stage, Bangalore

Work Schedule: 5 days working rotational shift, 2 days rotational week off

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join International Voice Process team for our client at BTM 1st stage, Bangalore office. This role requires interacting with international customers/clients over calls, so exceptional communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, SLAs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (fluency, clarity, and neutral/international accent preferred)
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Comfortable working 5 days a week with rotational week offs (including weekends, as applicable)
• Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Basic computer proficiency
