Customer Support Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, articulate Call Centre Executive to contact customers who have shown interest in our furniture. You will understand their needs, answer their queries, and convince them to visit our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new leads promptly, ideally within the first few hours of inquiry.
• Introduce our furniture range, current offers and store experience in a clear, friendly way.
• Understand customer requirements such as product type, budget, room and timeline.
• Persuade interested customers to visit the store and schedule a visit or appointment.
• Handle questions and objections about pricing, quality, delivery and availability.
• Make follow-up calls to leads who have not responded or have not yet visited.
• Update every call outcome, lead status and follow-up date in the CRM accurately and on time.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly reports on calls made, leads contacted, store visits scheduled and conversions.
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team so visiting customers are well attended.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and store visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and [Hindi / Kannada] a pleasant voice and a persuasive, confident tone.
• Prior experience in the furniture or home décor industry (telecalling, inside sales or showroom sales).
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections politely.
• Working knowledge of a CRM and MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Basic understanding of lead follow-up and sales funnels.
• Strong time management and the ability to meet targets.
• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
