Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary role is to provide excellent customer service and support to ensure positive experiences for customers. Your key responsibilities include: - Responding to Customer Inquiries: Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Resolving Customer Issues: Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, or technical problems. - Providing Product Support: Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and usage guidance. - Processing Orders and Returns: Handle order placement, modifications, cancellations, and returns following company policies. - Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system. - Educating Customers: Inform customers about product features, promotions, and policies. - Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to meet customer needs. - Collaborating with Team: Work with colleagues and other departments to address complex customer issues. - Meeting Performance Targets: Achieve or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction scores. - Staying Updated: Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Handling Irate Customers: Remain calm and empathetic when dealing with upset customers to find satisfactory solutions. - Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Previous customer service experience is beneficial. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
