Customer Support - night shift (Spanish Preffered)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight bookings & travel inquiries.
• Assist customers with itinerary options, fares, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers (basic Spanish understanding is enough).
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining fare options and benefits.
• Maintain customer records and ensure quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with the post-sales/support team when required.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Spanish-speaking ability (basic to conversational level preferred).
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory).
• Experience in travel sales or customer support is an advantage.
• Freshers may apply if they have excellent comm skills & willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US process).
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus but not mandatory.
