As a Customer Support Specialist at Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve providing support to customers in Mandarin language. You should have 1-2 years of experience in customer support and be proficient in Mandarin. This is a 6-month contractual role with work timings from 6 AM to 3.30 PM India time. Your responsibilities will include working in 24x7 rotational shifts and being fluent in both English and Mandarin languages (Read/Write/Speak). Key Responsibilities: - Providing customer support services in Mandarin language - Working in 24x7 rotational shifts - Fluency in English and Mandarin (Read/Write/Speak) Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in customer support - Proficiency in Mandarin language - Ability to work in rotational shifts Cybage Software Pvt.
