Customer Support - Inbound

You will be responsible for providing inbound customer support. Your main duties will include: - Handling customer queries and concerns over the phone in a professional manner - Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively - Ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Must be a graduate - Fluent in both Hindi and English - Versant Level 4 certification - Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational shifts - Female candidates will work from 7 am to 8 pm, while male candidates will work from 7 am to 12 am - One rotational off per week - Work from the office The company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Quarterly bonus - Performance bonus Please note that the work location is in person.,
