Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful, timely support.
  • Document customer interactions and update internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and support policies.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals, including response time and satisfaction ratings.
