We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international healthcare voice process (Roche). The role includes managing inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (C1 level preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of international voice experience
• Experience in healthcare or pharma process advantage
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
