Job Summary

International Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related queries.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is Mandatory

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in International Customer Support/Customer Service

  .
• Experience in Voice, Chat, or Email Support processes.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BPO/ITES industry.
• Exposure to US, UK, or International customer support processes.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
