We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive (Sales
Support) to strengthen our Sales Team. The role involves assisting the sales team in
preparing reports, managing customer communications, coordinating between departments,
and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to dispatch.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B customer support or sales
coordination within a manufacturing or packaging industry environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related
field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or
inside sales within manufacturing (preferably packaging, printing, or materials).
Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
