Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to SQL Server and Crystal Reports, guiding customers through problem resolution.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in using our software solutions effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions in our support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on software features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed support.
