Customer Support Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 45 outbound calls per day to customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.
• Follow process guidelines, calling scripts, and quality standards.
• Ensure effective communication and a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily calling targets and performance expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 6+ months of BPO experience.
• Good English communication skills (Skill Level 4 or above).
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Must be comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
• Candidates must be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• Work From Office opportunity.
• Male candidates: Rotational shifts.
• Female candidates: Day shift.
• Experienced candidates must have supporting documents for their BPO experience.
• Freshers must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account with a nationalized bank and must not have previously worked under NAPS.

• Approx. Rs. 15,691 in-hand per month for experienced candidates.
• Freshers: Rs. 14,925 monthly stipend (in-hand).

• 9-hour shift within the 7:00 AM9:00 PM working window.
