Job Description

You will be responsible for understanding the products and services offered by the company, preparing company policies and procedures, and providing support to customers through email ticketing system and phone calls. Your role will involve resolving customer complaints and queries, offering detailed information to customers, and maintaining records of each phone call for future reference. It will be essential to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction, follow up with customers for any further information, and take feedback from them. Additionally, you will be expected to negotiate terms and conditions with customers, contribute your work to the company's knowledge base, maintain a healthy relationship with clients, and adhere to the company's rules and regulations. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, be fluent in English, and be available for night shifts. The work location will be in person, and the expected start date is 28/07/2025.,
