About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare support services 2. Provide accurate information and resolve queries for international customers 3. Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards 4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and client information 5. Update internal systems with customer interactions and transactions Requirements: 1. Possess a minimum of 3 months of experience in an international voice process preferably in healthcare 2. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in English 3. Work effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment 4. Show flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts 5.
