We are seeking a Telecaller Intern who is enthusiastic, fluent in spoken Hindi, and eager to start a career in customer communication. As a Telecaller Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, sales communication, and telemarketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
• Follow predefined scripts to explain products or services clearly.
• Record details of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Support the sales and customer service team with follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
