Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Survey Process Team. The role involves conducting telephonic surveys in Hindi and Bengali, recording accurate responses, and ensuring a positive interaction with respondents.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/respondents to conduct surveys in Hindi and Bengali.
Collect and record accurate information during the survey process.
Ensure clear communication and maintain a polite, professional tone.
Follow the script provided for surveys while engaging respondents naturally.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for survey completion.
Provide feedback to the team leader regarding survey responses and challenges faced.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
