Customer Support Executive (On-Site)

Location: Laxmi Enclave 2, Katargam, Surat

Role Overview:

Frizty is hiring a Customer Support Executive who will handle customer queries over calls and WhatsApp. You will act as a bridge between the brand and customers, ensuring a smooth and delightful post-purchase experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls for feedback and support
  • Assist customers with product usage and post-purchase concerns
  • Manage WhatsApp conversations professionally
  • Address returns and general inquiries politely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English only (female candidate)
  • Clear communication and a polite, confident tone
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
