Position Overview

Role Title: Healthcare Assistant (Customer Support Executive)
Department: Support Team
Purpose: To help doctors and patients by managing appointment calls efficiently.

You’ll basically act as a link between patients and doctors, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled and recorded.

Job Summary (What You’ll Do Daily)

You’ll:

  • Talk to doctors and patients on phone calls — both incoming and outgoing.
  • Book or confirm appointments in the system.
  • Update call notes — meaning you’ll record what each call was about and any important details.
  • Follow up with patients or doctors if needed.
  • Work as part of a support team to ensure smooth communication and great service.

So it’s a customer support + admin coordination role — focused specifically on healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities (Main Tasks)

  • Call doctors/patients to book, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
  • Record every call and appointment accurately in the company’s database.
  • Follow up when needed — e.g., confirming visit times, checking patient availability.
  • Maintain confidentiality (since it’s healthcare-related, patient info must stay private).
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent English communication – you’ll speak with international clients, so clear English is essential.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM (mandatory) – you’ll need to type notes quickly while or after speaking on calls.
  • 1 year of International BPO experience – you must have handled voice calls for overseas customers before.
  • Tech comfort – familiar with CRM tools (customer management systems) and MS Office.
  • Preferred education – candidates with science/medical backgrounds (B.Sc, B.Pharma, Nursing) will be preferred, since the work involves healthcare terms.
