About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity. This role requires working in the US time zone (night shift) and offers attractive incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide product/service information and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Minimum 0–1 years of experience in customer support or related fields (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
• Ability to work comfortably in night shift (US time zone).
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software/tools quickly.
• Problem-solving attitude, patience, and professionalism in communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
