Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated candidates, both fresh graduates and experienced professionals, to join our team as Investment Management Executives. In this role, you will connect with clients based on scheduled appointments to assist them with their investment needs and provide excellent customer service. If you are quick to learn, have good communication skills, and are passionate about sales, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled meetings and calls with clients.
• Provide customer service, including resolving queries and addressing concerns
• Explain the pros and cons of different investment strategies clearly and simply
• Help clients develop investment plans based on their short-term and long-term financial goals
• Participate in campaigns to engage with potential and existing clients to drive business growth
• Manage customer support tasks, documentation, and formalities for a smooth client onboarding and experience
