Key Responsibilities: · Solve client problems effectively by providing correct and complete information within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). · Consistently meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including: o AHT (Average Handling Time) o CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) o NPS (Net Promoter Score) o Call Quality o Shift Adherence o Shrinkage Control o Productivity o Login Hours · Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. · Continuously improve service delivery by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
