Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues, answer queries, and provide exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Provide detailed product/service information and guidance to customers.

- Maintain and update customer records in the system.

- Work closely with other departments to address customer issues.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up when necessary.

- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to common issues faced by customers.

- Achieve individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;

Experience: Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Problem-solving; Attention to detail; Multitasking; Computer literacy.

Language: Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Profile:

Gender: Female Candidate Preferable.

Age: 18-35 years preferred (flexible depending on experience).

Personality Traits: Friendly, empathetic, patient, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹. 10,000/- to ₹. 12,000/- per month (Negotiable based on experience).

Benefits: Incentives, performance bonuses.
