Customer Service Executive – Voice/Chat/Email Support (Travel Process)

Job Description:
Elite Business Solution is hiring Customer Service Executives to join our travel support team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries related to travel bookings, including flights and hotel reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email.
• Assist customers with flight and hotel bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Address queries regarding refunds, baggage, and travel policies.
• Provide accurate and timely information related to flight details and delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹15,000 | In-hand: ₹12,600
• Performance-based incentives available.
• Overtime paid at premium rates.

Shift & Work Schedule:

• 6-day work week with rotational shifts (24x7 including night shifts).
• 1 rotational weekly off.
• One-way transport provided during night shifts.
