Job Description

Location: Caratbazaar, Rajouri Garden (Near Metro Station)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to manage our e-commerce customer communication. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both calls and chat support efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to online orders, product details, and after-sales support.
  • Respond to customer queries received via chat, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, sharing product information, and confirming purchases.
  • Maintain daily follow-ups with potential leads and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, and marketing) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Update and manage basic order records and customer data.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and positive attitude with every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, telecalling, or e-commerce support.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and customer empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools preferred).
