Job Description

You are currently looking for BPO Customer Support Executives for an international chat process in Jaipur. As a Customer Support Executive, your role will involve handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the specified time limits. It will also require following up to ensure the resolution of issues. To be eligible for this position, you should be an Undergraduate or Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The salary offered for this role can go up to 35K CTC. This is a full-time, permanent job suitable for freshers as well. Candidates from all over India are welcome to apply. The benefits of this position include paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve evening shifts, night shifts, rotational shifts, or US shifts. There is also a performance bonus provided. Candidates applying for this role should be willing to commute or relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan. A minimum education qualification of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
