As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and issues through calls, emails, and chats. You must provide timely and effective support while maintaining a high standard of customer service. It is essential to document interactions accurately and collaborate with team members to contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good comprehension and typing abilities. The role requires the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and a willingness to work in rotational shifts if necessary. The eligibility criteria for this position include a graduation degree as the highest qualification and fluency in English. Freshers are encouraged to apply at this stage, and successful candidates will be required to take the Versant Test for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. In terms of compensation, there are two options available. For regular roles, the salary offered is 2.8 LPA (CTC) with a minimum of 1 year of experience on paper needed. Alternatively, the apprentice role provides a stipend of 16,800 per month. The selection process involves the Versant Assessment for both Voice and Non-Voice processes, followed by an HR interview. This is a full-time job based in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
