Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Voice (English, Kannada, Telugu)

Location: Seegehalli, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time (Freshers Only)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Stipend)
Shift: Rotational (24/7 environment)
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break), 6 days/week

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Associates to handle inbound voice calls. This role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in customer service. Proficiency in English is required, with additional fluency in Kannada and Telugu being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally over the phone.
• Provide accurate and timely information and solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company communication protocols and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.

Shift Details:

• Common Shifts: 9 AM – 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM
• Late Shifts: 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM, 6 PM – 3 AM
• Transportation: Company-arranged drop-off service available for shifts ending after 9:30 PM.
