Customer Support Associate Technical

You will be working for Vivint in a blended process involving voice and chat interactions. The office is located in Sector 18, Gurugram, and you will be expected to work from the office. There are currently 30 openings available with a salary ranging from 25,000 to 31,000 CTC. The shifts are rotational with 5 days of work per week and rotational week offs. To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international process and be a graduate or undergraduate. Key requirements for this position include excellent English communication skills, customer service experience in chat, voice, or blended processes, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts. The interview process will consist of an HR round, followed by an Operations round and a Versant Test. Technical support, sales, or upselling experience with VIVINT is mandatory for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The shifts can be either day shift or rotational shift with a performance bonus included.
