· Gender: Female candidates only

· Language: Fluency in Bengali is mandatory

· Education: Master’s Degree (any discipline)

· Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist students and parents via phone/chat regarding the app

· Resolve customer queries effectively and empathetically

· Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

· Maintain records of customer interactions
