Role Overview: You will be joining Oracle, a company leading the digital revolution by building a customer platform that delivers leading standard practices and services automation to drive tangible business outcomes and accelerate customer success. Your role will involve coordinating software with a global impact. Key Responsibilities: - Perform administrative activities related to SaaS Fusion Application and EPM Environments - Understand the Lifecycle of Cloud provisioning and Cloud subscriptions - Manage Oracle IAM/IDCS and User management of Cloud Applications - Schedule clones as per project requirements and perform post-clone activities - Proactively monitor critical events/announcements in environments, take necessary actions, and communicate with internal teams for remediations - Manage Change Management and Release Management Of Fusion Application Pods - Interact and manage relationships with Internal development, testing, automation testing, Oracle University, and partner ecosystem - Work with project team members to address environment-specific queries Qualifications Required: - Oracle Fusion Application Technical skills - 5+ years of industry experience - Good understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, OCI) - Working knowledge of Oracle APEX, SQL/PLSQL, REST API will be an added advantage - Demonstrate Change Management and Release Management skills in Fusion Application Pods - Bachelors/Masters/Engineering Degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent IT aptitude: How Fusion Application, SaaS, Modern Best Practices - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Career Level - IC3 Additional Company Details: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, using tomorrow's technology to address today's problems.
