Customer Success Executive/ Client Relations

As an Operations Intern at TerraTern, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day client escalations and contributing to the overall operations management and client relations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Client Escalation Management: You will be responsible for addressing client escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved. - Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will address their concerns and queries through various channels such as email, phone, and others. - Documentation: Your role will include maintaining accurate records of client interactions and the resolutions of escalations. - Reporting: You will be tasked with preparing and updating Excel sheets and reports related to client escalations and operational metrics. - Collaboration: Working closely with different departments, you will gather information and coordinate solutions for client issues. - Process Improvement: Assisting in identifying areas for process enhancement to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
