Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and relationship-driven Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, campaign success, and long-term customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are achieved while identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.

Customer Success & Retention

• Ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Address client concerns promptly and provide effective resolutions.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and long-term engagement.

Performance Reporting & Communication

• Provide regular campaign updates, insights, and performance reports.
• Present actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with operations, outreach, research, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing account management processes.

Continuous Improvement

• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
• Contribute insights and recommendations that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.

Candidate ProfileRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience in a B2B environment will be an added advantage.
