Ezyschooling is a digital platform that connects parents and K-12 schools, making the admission process simple and hassle-free. Our community includes over 1,000 schools and more than 1.5 lakh parents. With a single application form for multiple schools and tools to compare schools, we help parents make well-informed decisions.

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with our partner schools, ensure their satisfaction and drive retention. You will be the main point of contact for schools, solving their day-to-day issues and helping them get the most from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfaction and retention of partner schools by delivering excellent service
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues between schools and the organisation
• Onboard newly partnered schools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, including school visits when required
• Follow up on payments on time and update records accordingly
• Coordinate with schools through email, WhatsApp, video calls and other platforms
• Upsell and renew services with existing schools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and take ownership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer success, sales or a related field is a plus
