Customer Success Engineer-Prisma Cloud

As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at our company, you will be responsible for supporting customers utilizing Prisma Cloud, Palo Alto Networks" comprehensive cloud-native security platform. Your role will involve ensuring successful adoption, resolving technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary technical point of contact for assigned Prisma Cloud customers, providing onboarding, enablement, and ongoing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues across various cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution, offering best practice recommendations for successful product adoption, conducting regular health checks and technical reviews, identifying customer use cases, and documenting solutions and processes. To excel in this role, you are required to have 6-10 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or professional services, a solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with security concepts such as CSPM, compliance, and DevSecOps, proficiency in scripting and using REST APIs, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, industry certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate, experience with Prisma Cloud or other CNAPP, familiarity with SIEM tools and security frameworks, will be preferred. This is a full-time position based in Noida, requiring 8-12 years of experience.
