Customer Success Associate

We are hiring customer-focused individuals for a domestic customer support process in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Key Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support systems.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
