Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Success Associates (Italian Process) to handle queries and complaints from Italian customers. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are proficient in Italian and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Italian customers in both written and spoken English.
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver excellent service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar customer support/operations role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (mandatory).
