Customer Success Associate Insurance Sales (Motor / Life / Health)

As a Customer Success Associate in the Insurance Sales Team, you will be responsible for: - Engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products in Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance. - Handling outbound calls to promote insurance products and services. - Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Achieving sales targets and performance goals to earn performance-based incentives. - Collaborating with team members to meet team objectives and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: - Hold a graduate degree in any stream. - Have fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory), additional knowledge of languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada is preferred. - Possess strong communication and sales skills to effectively engage with customers. - Be comfortable with outbound calling and conducting insurance tele sales activities. As a Customer Success Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading insurance company and earn a competitive salary based on your experience level (up to 25,000 CTC for Freshers and up to 35,000 CTC for Experienced candidates with a maximum 20% hike). The role may require working in rotational shifts, with the day shift available for female employees until 8 PM, and a 6-day working week schedule.
