The ideal candidate for this position should have a qualification in Metallurgy. You should be familiar with conducting drawing feasibility studies and have knowledge about APQP & PPAP processes. Exposure to Solid Works & 3D modeling is required. Additionally, you should possess methoding knowledge, be able to follow up on samples, and maintain pattern history cards. Understanding the development process, including customer specifications, analyzing development part problems, and reporting are essential skills for this role. Effective communication with customers and suppliers via verbal and email channels is a key aspect of this position.
