With 8 thriving stores across Sydney and Melbourne and a growing digital presence, we are passionate about exceptional customer experiences. We're now expanding our operations in India and are looking for warm, articulate, and driven women to join our Bengaluru office. Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives (Female) who possess a natural Australian accent and can confidently engage in both customer support and tele sales . You will be the voice of Modelle for our Australian clientele—resolving queries, guiding customers through purchases, and following up on leads to drive sales. The ideal candidate is polite, proactive, and understands the nuances of fashion and customer communication. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat messages from customers based in Australia. Provide product information, order updates, and styling suggestions with a calm, friendly tone. Manage order issues, delivery queries, exchange requests, and general complaints with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with our logistics and warehouse teams to resolve any delivery or stock issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM and ticketing system. Tele Sales: Follow up with potential leads from website sign-ups, abandoned carts, or customer inquiries. Introduce new collections, offers, and styling edits to existing and new customers. Upsell and cross-sell based on customer preferences and purchase history. Build rapport to convert queries into confident purchases. What We’re Looking For: Female candidates only , in line with our brand’s customer demographics. Fluent in English with a genuine Australian accent —mandatory. Prior experience in customer service, fashion retail, or tele sales (preferred but not essential). Passionate about fashion, especially modest and elegant styles. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate Shopify, CRMs, and chat systems. Strong interpersonal skills—empathetic, patient, confident, and solution-oriented. A proactive attitude—takes initiative, follows up, and doesn’t wait to be told. Must be available to work Australian business hours (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST preferred).
