We are looking for a motivated and confident *Telecaller* to join Anushree Associates. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers to achieve monthly business targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to potential customers

* Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

* Generate and follow up on leads

* Maintain call logs and daily reports

* Build strong customer relationships

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

*Required Skills*

* Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as needed)

* Basic computer knowledge

* Ability to meet sales targets

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
